a part of contingent workforce.

balance both professional and personal life.
Technology has narrowed
the horizon of work from home where online skill assessments has become an
effective talent management tool. It has outrun the business by erasing the
geographical limitations where employees can be online in any given moment for
urgent tasks even from home. E-mails, E-verifications, E-signatures has
established a paperless electronic process for uninterrupted service providing.
Digitalized world has
opened new doors and new opportunities. Social media has become efficient in branding,
marketing even HR functions such as attracting employees. Onboarding processes
are mostly done using the technological advancements without considering the
physical locations.
Even though, it is not
expected to eliminate humans from the process nowadays HR has been challenged
with the newest addition namely HR bots. Is artificial intelligence being
capable of doing the same as employees?
But this new technological advancement is capable of transforming and
analyzing data as well as assisting in primary repetitive HR functions.
Sustainable workforce
is an asset to an organization. But, when considering on workforce mixes at
workplaces, aging workforce is increasing, millennial generation tends to be
more thriving and team oriented. With a multi-tasking employee mixing the
millennials with aging workforce is challenging for HR.
